What we collect

What you send us. The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company and message. Only the first name, email address and message are required. We collect this because you chose to send it, and we use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation that follows.

How the site is used. We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not follow you to other websites. It reports totals — which pages were read, roughly where readers were, what referred them — and nothing that identifies you.

Server records. This site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived request logs including IP addresses. They exist to serve pages and block attacks, and we do not use them to build any profile of you.

We do not use advertising or marketing trackers, we do not run a newsletter from this site, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. Three companies handle it in the course of running the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, security and the analytics described above.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google — our email runs on Google Workspace, so messages you send us are stored there. Google also serves the fonts this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google sees your IP address when it does.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the contact form stay in our email the way any other correspondence does, for as long as the enquiry or the relationship is live. Analytics are aggregate and are not tied to you. Ask us to delete your message and we will.

Your choices

Write to hello@intercreate.io and ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live — California and Colorado both give these rights, and other places do too — you may have a formal right to make that request; we answer them the same way either way.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is for people doing business with us. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will say when.
