Tin Can: the landline reinvented for kids

A Wi-Fi phone with no screens, no apps and no strangers — brought to production, then optimized for manufacturing round after round.

Tin Can is the landline, reinvented for kids. It's a Wi-Fi phone with no screens, no apps, and no strangers, just kids calling their besties and grandparents all on their own.

Intercreate led firmware development to bring it to production, then served as Tin Can's EE team through multiple cost-down initiatives, working with the factory to optimize the design for manufacturing while enhancing firmware and modernizing the voice stack for performance, reliability, and long-term scale.

Principal Engineers: Seth Woiszwillo, Rob Helvestine, and Jeffrey Lam
